Make a Mess Monday: Milk Jug Catcher

Start with a few supplies: Cleaned Milk jug, markers, a bit of tape and a pair of scissors (for mom or dad to use). Cut off the bottom to create the opening and tape the rough edge. Let the kids start coloring. We used sharpies and they did end up with a little extra color on their bodies... but it eventually does wash off.

When the decorating is complete, or little ones patience for said coloring it depleted- find a ball and play catch!

We threw the ball to each other to catch, that was a little hard so we also rolled or bounced it on the sidewalk into the milk jug catchers. You can also play individually by tossing the ball into the air and trying to catch it. Now go Make a Mess- it's MONDAY!
