Homemade Ravioli: a random food post

My Mother-in-law invited us up for a Pasta making day. She'd just bought a new attachment for her Kitchen aid mixer. We decided to make two different kinds of Ravioli, Cheese and Chicken. My husband found a recipe on all for a Chicken and Spinach Ravioli.

It smelled wonderful as we were filling up the pasta. Once we'd made several serving to freeze, we made a batch for dinner. It was Marvelous. If you have the time and energy I HIGHLY recommend it. I'm going to be eating it again for dinner tonight because I can't leave it alone in the freezer. Yum.

Our ravioli turned out several different sizes and probably not the prettiest pasta you'll ever see photographed but it was our first try. We printed out this Chicken recipe and taped it into her pasta recipe book so we wouldn't lose it. We also made a few notes as to the thickness setting on the pasta attachment we prefer. We did most of these at 5, but thought it would be better at the 7 or 8 thickness setting. Now we have it recorded and available for the next pasta making day.
