Random food post

Mix, Bake, Eat. Seriously simple, fantastically good Granola.

A good friend of mine gave me her mother's recipe for Granola. There are all kinds of healthy good things in any Granola, but I'd never ever tasted one as yummy as hers. I think it has to be the maple syrup that sold me on this recipe. I've made several batches for myself already and found that if I added a few coconut flakes into the mix, it was a little bit of heaven. Don't get me wrong, I'm a HUGE chocolate addict- but I have to be honest, this is way tastier than any piece of my favorite chocolate bar. There I've said it. Plus it's better for me, nutritionally speaking.
