Random food post

Slightly off topic from my crafty projects.

I wanted chips the other night and we had none in the house. We did have corn tortillas, so I looked online for a recipe to make my own.

These turned out fantastic and super easy to make. I even felt comfortable enough to give Little man O a chip to eat.

I used this recipe:
Brush Oil on both sides of the tortilla
salt as you prefer
cut with a pizza cutter into triangles
spread out on a baking sheet
Bake at 475 degrees for 7 minutes or until the edges start to brown.

Eat and enjoy warm right out of the oven. Yummy.
